Most of us think of French actresses as artsy ingénues or sexy babes. Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu is a charismatic chameleon who can go either way, when she isn’t looking either ultra-cute or sensually stern. And she’s given us plenty of nude looks to choose from, starting with the poodle ’do that she sported while debuting in Surprise Party (1983). Check out Philippine’s flapjacks, and you’ll agree that she can blow your candles anytime. She became an international star with 3 hommes et un couffin (1985) (later adapted by Hollywood as Three Men and a Baby [1987]), but Philippine’s no family act. A 1998 episode of L’histoire du samedi (The Story of Saturday) called Le Feu sous la glace (Fire Under the Ice) has a shower scene where she really lets down her hair, while Philippine’s sizzling sex scene in Vatel (2000) can be fatal to guys with weak hearts. Yep, that’s her in every movie, although she always looks different–and that’s what we call maximum masturbation for our money! While we can still ogle Philippine, we have to look back at her ’80s, ’90s, and early ’00s roles to fill our peen since this thin thespian has not been naked on screen for nearly two decades.
